We're a small church, and that is the opportunity. There is no machine here that runs without you — which means what you carry actually matters, and what you're good at has somewhere to go on Monday.
You don't need a title, a seminary degree, or a finished life. You need to be willing. We'll train you, put someone alongside you, and send you.
Come on a Sunday night and you can watch it happen: the pulpit belongs to the people we're training.
And “intern” here does not mean a seminary student on placement. It means somebody from this church who is being discipled — someone who was sitting where you are.
Somos una iglesia pequeña, y ahí está la oportunidad. Aquí no hay una máquina que funcione sin ti — lo que traes sí importa, y lo que sabes hacer tiene a dónde ir el lunes.

We are not a big church. We are a sending one. Our people go out in pairs — into this valley, and onto two continents — and they come back and tell us what God did.

Good News Bible Club in the elementary school — a Child Evangelism Fellowship programme, and CEF's local office is in our building. Junior Youth Challenge in the middle school. Our Farsi ministry at a 55-and-over center every Tuesday, where people are coming to faith. All of it runs on people from this church — and the mission starts at your own front door.

After twenty-eight consecutive years, the School of Ministry is on a planned two-year pause — not a closure. The floors are out, the doors are off the hinges, and we are rebuilding the dorms to house twenty students. The school outgrew its building. That is a good problem, and it is a solvable one.
It reopens when the funds are in. Not a season, not a someday — when the money is there, twenty Mexican pastors-in-training move back in. You can give toward it, you can go down and swing a hammer, or you can pray for it by name. Ask us how.
Después de veintiocho años consecutivos, la Escuela de Ministerio está en una pausa temporal de dos años debido a que se necesita reconstruir los dormitorios para alojar a veinte alumnos
